JOB DETAILS:
Specific tasks and responsibilities
• Welcoming loan applicants, identifying their needs, and collecting information for loan applications
• Interviewing loan applicants to define financial eligibility and establish debt payment plans
• Evaluating all collateral submitted to Anda Solutions in respect of a loan request and making recommendations to the direct supervisor
• Responding to applicants’ questions and resolving any loan-related issues
• Overseeing the disposal of collateral forfeited in a quick and appropriate manner to guarantee Company profits
• He/She will also actively assess loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up loan processes
• He/She will carry out any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor

Minimum Requirements
• Anda Solutions places more emphasis on business acumen (i.e., a person’s ability to understand and handle business situations) than on academic qualifications. Therefore, the ability of a person to frame ideas and translate them into economic value for the company will be given higher weighting during the review of applications than mere academic papers. The review of applications and the interview stage will also pay more attention to the ability of applicants to go beyond conceptualizing ideas but also indications of the applicant’s ability to tactically drive the ideas forward to execution.

As such, the following are the minimum requirements for this position:
• Commitment and passion for company growth above all else
• Proof or indication of wide knowledge of collateral-based loans
• Indication of being up to date with market value for different assets
• Indication of being technology savvy and able to differentiate fake from original tech collateral submitted by loan applicants
• Computer proficient with the ability to work with word processing, data management, and spreadsheets (this will be tested during interviews)
• Must have high typing skills with the ability to navigate the internet quickly
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Fluent in at least one Zambian local language
• Preferably a resident of Lusaka
• Traceable Referees – all Referees will be contacted
• Valid Zambian National Registration Card
• Honesty in all dealings and must have no criminal record (Background checks will be done)
• Ability and willingness to abide by all Company policies
• Grade 12 High School Certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics
• A certificate in a related field will be an added advantage but not mandatory
