JOB DETAILS:
• Responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring all credit assessment documents are submitted and reviewed
• Rejecting loan applicants with poor assessment results
• Keeping records of all clients in Malinzi database
• Ensure all pledged collateral is delivered to Malinzi
• Remain up to date with client communication
• Supports Malinzi marketing efforts by sharing information on various social media platforms
• Meets quarterly income targets by disbursing new loans
• Follows up on outstanding loans to ensure recovery from all clients
• Drafts demand letters to loan defaulters
• Monitors market trends within the private credit market
• Ensures that quarterly income targets are met
• Report to Management on weekly sales, costs and profits generated;
Updates loan records as required.

a) Professional Qualification:
Grade 12 certificate
Postgraduate or professional qualification
b) Minimum Relevant Pre-Job Experience:
1 year’s experience in a similar position

• Computer skills (Microsoft)

• Understanding and experience in simple performance calculations and reporting
