Reporting to: Board of Directors
Overall purpose of the job
3 years Contract
To oversee the provision of safe water and sanitation services in an environmentally friendly manner in order to meet customer needs on a commercially sustainable basis.

Main responsibilities include:
• Overseeing effectively the provision of water and sanitation services in an environmentally friendly manner in order to meet customer needs.
• Overseeing effectively the sale of water, sanitation and other products in order to generate revenue for the Company
• Overseeing effectively corporate and infrastructure development planning in order to guide the implementation of projects and programmes
• Overseeing effectively the review and enforcement of internal controls in order to determine the adequacy and take necessary remedial action.
• Ensuring timely implementation of performance management system in order to monitor and evaluate performance and ensure attainment of Company objectives
• Overseeing effectively the utilisation of human, financial and material resources in order to ensure attainment of Company objectives

Qualifications and experience
• Full form V/Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor of Engineering/Business related Degree
• 15 years experience with 6 years at senior management level
• A Master’s Degree in either Business or any related field will be an added advantage
• Experience in the water and sanitation sector will be an added advantage.
• Must be fully paid up to the relevant Professional Body

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 180

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
