JOB DETAILS:
Winner Zambia a Global Betting Company is seeking a highly creative, innovative and dynamic individual to join their team as Marketing Associate to manage all aspects of the company’s portfolio. The Individual will be responsible for building and maintaining the company’s social media profiles in a creative and tactical manner, design, implementation and monitoring of digital marketing strategy, product and service placement resulting in lead generation, growth of our website’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
Our ideal candidate should be competent in Digital Marketing, have the ability to demonstrate and exercise creativity in the use of social media and traditional media, be a good salesperson and communicator, with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Should be well versed and knowledgeable in sports, – with high emphasis on football, and demonstrate the ability to write sports articles.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain all Social Media profiles, create suitable and engaging content.
• Timely and appropriate response to queries, comments and work with the sales team to follow up on leads and optimize user experience.
• Design and implement digital marketing strategy, optimize product placement, brainstorm new, innovative and creative growth strategies.
• Manage promotions, public relations and communications and represent the company and its brand. Understand customer behavior and the landscape.
• Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses them against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Use traditional and modern marketing techniques to grow the company’s brand and target a wide and diverse customer base.
• Plans and executes all web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Any other duties that may be required to grow the company

Qualification Requirements:
• A bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing or relevant field ( certification in digital marketing and IT knowledge will be an added advantage)
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Proficient in graphics and design
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics and trends.
• Knowledge and passion for sport, with high emphasis on football is desired
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Demonstrates Emotional Intelligence and Flexibility.
