JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Marketing Executive
Duty Station: Zambia
Are you passionate about building and maintaining a positive public image for a company? Creaing media, from press releases to social media that increase awareness of its brand? We are looking for you!!

Responsibilities.
• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
• Conducting research to identify and define audiences.
• Presenting ideas and strategies.
• Promotional duties.
• Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials
• Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
• Source and secure sponsorship
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Communicate with target audiences, build, and develop customer relationships.
• Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
• Delegating assignments to members of the graphics and advertising departments, as needed.
• Working closely with junior marketing assistants and coordinators and supervising employees’
• Work, providing direction and clarification, as needed.
• Compiling reports detailing the effects exerted by each campaign, and sharing these with clients.
• Ensuring marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline.

Minimum Requirements:
• 2 years of related experience of a marketing executive.
• A minimum of an undergraduate degree is required, marketing, media, communication or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent research and writing skills, particularly as it applies to marketing.
• Strong leadership, delegation and capacity development skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to accommodate and respect people’s idea
