JOB DETAILS:
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Cut, bend, and shape metal materials using hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as saws, presses, and shears.
• Weld, braze, solder, or bolt metal components together to fabricate structures or products.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all fabrication work, including measurements and welds.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator or similar role.
• Proficiency in welding, cutting, and shaping various types of metal materials.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and manipulate heavy materials and
equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in metal
fabrication preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in welding or metal fabrication.
• Previous experience working with specific types of metals or alloys (e.g.,
stainless steel, aluminum).
• Familiarity with CAD software and CNC machinery.
