1. Job Title: Factory Supervisor
Reports to: Factory Manager
Location: Lusaka
Job Summary
We seek an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure efficient use of resources and maintain high-quality products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Production Oversight
1. Supervise production staff to meet output targets and quality standards.
2. Monitor production schedules, workflows and inventory levels.
3. Implement efficient production methods and optimize resource allocation.
Leadership and Team Management
1. Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of production staff.
2. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback and coaching.
3. Foster a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
Quality Control and Assurance
1. Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations and procedures.
2. Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.
3. Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
Safety and Health
1. Work in hand with the safety manager to ensure a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols.
2. Conduct regular safety inspections and training.
3. Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.
Communication and Collaboration
1. Liaise with production planners, logistics and maintenance teams.
2. Communicate production schedules, targets and performance metrics.
3. Collaborate with quality assurance and research and development teams.
Training and Development
1. Identify training needs and develop staff skills.
2. Conduct on-the-job training and workshops.
3. Encourage continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
Education
-Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration or related field.
Experience
3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of improving productivity and quality.
Skills
– Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
– Problem-solving, analytical and decision-making abilities.
– Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
– Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software
Working Conditions
– Factory environment with frequent walking, standing and moderate noise levels.
– Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
– Occasional overtime, weekends or holidays may be required.
2. Site Manager
Reports to: Managing Director
Location: Chikankata, Southern province)
Job Summary
This position will be responsible for overseeing all site programs
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative, self-motivated, proactive and confident
2. Able to work with other staff from other Departments, as well as site Visitors, Knowledge in the mining Act and regulations, knowledge in occupational Health and safety is an added advantage
3. Knowledge in open pit mining particularly granite.
4. Able to maintain a good work behaviour among staff.
Requirements
Qualification:
Degree/Diploma in Mine Engineering /equivalent with at-least 3 years works experience.
Member of EIZ
Able to work with minimum supervision.
3. Sales Assistants
Requirements:
1. 2 years proven sales experience or any related field
2. Knowledge of measurements
3. Mathematical knowledge
4. Computer literate and Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (with speed)
5. Proficiency in written and spoken English
6. Ability to work independently and meet targets
Added Skills and Experience
1. Experience in design, construction and decoration
2. Driver’s license
3. Granite and Marble and Aluminum
4. Popular social medium accounts for advertisement
Qualifications:
Diploma or Certificate in Sales and Marketing, Business administration or equivalent A degree is an added advantage

4. Heavy Duty Mechanic
Reports to: Managing Director
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will possess excellent mechanical skills, attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
1. Diagnose and repair heavy-duty vehicles, engines, transmissions and differentials.
2. Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.).
3. Replace worn or damaged parts (brakes, bearings, etc.).
Troubleshooting and Diagnostic
1. Use specialized tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
2. Identify root causes of complex mechanical issues.
3. Develop and implement effective repair solutions.
Safety and Quality
1. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
2. Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
3. Ensure quality workmanship and meet industry standards.
Experience
– 3+ years of experience as a heavy-duty mechanic.
– Experience with various heavy-duty vehicles and equipment.
Skills
– Excellent mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

– Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.

Certifications

5 .Chinese Translators
Able to speak Chinese and English fluently
6. Machine Electrician
Machine Electrician to install, maintain and repair electrical systems, machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent electrical knowledge, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
