1. Customs Clearance Specialist
Job Description:
The Customs Clearance Specialist candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant customs clearance, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with customs officials and freight forwarders to resolve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
• Acquiring necessary documents from local Authorities for imports and export requirements
• Inspecting the consignment to ensure it corresponds with what is on documents before handing over to clearing agents.
• Ensure all the mandatory documents are in order according to the consignment
• Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and procedures.
• Prepare and submit documentation required for customs clearance.
• Resolve customs-related issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all customs transactions and documentation.
• Coordinate movements of consignments from port through borders to warehouses
• Making payments to customs for taxes and others when necessary
• Working closely and making good relations with the CPC to ensure that consignments are examined and assessed on time and lessen unnecessary queries
• Work hand in hand and making good relations with ZRA customs enforcement

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Customs Clearance Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and procedures in Zambia.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year work experience at border [either one at Chanida, Nakonde, chirundu, katima mulilo)

2.Operation Mgt officer
Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Management Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of production quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for communicating with transportation providers, border daily reports, agent communication and warehouse communication,
• Tracking report management, daily reports, weekly reports
• Timely registration and updating of import containers and cost tracking forms
• Manage and optimize daily operations to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance, to streamline processes and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present findings to management.

Requirements:

• Good communication Skills
• Preferred experience in clearing or logistics [at least 1- 3 years of experience]
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

3.Import Operation Supervisor
Job Description:
• The Import Operation Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the importation processes of our manufacturing operations. This position requires a strong understanding of import regulations, logistics coordination, and effective communication with international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall monitoring of import customs clearance business, abnormalities report and handling.
• External communication with customs and Agents
• Management of border clearance officers and Rotation as border officers[monthly]
• Follow up on the handling of border anomalies and provide feedback to the manager
• Maintaining relationships with customs, standard bureaus and coordinating the handling of anomalies.
• Tracking and handling of container interception
• Complete Supervision of import and export documents
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and customs procedures.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any logistics issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of import transactions and related documentation.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to forecast import needs.
• Optimize import processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Stay informed about changes in import regulations and tariffs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as an Import Supervisor/Customs clearing or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of import regulations, customs clearance procedures, and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Management experience above 3 subordinates

4.Export Operation supervisor
we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Export Operation Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing export operations and play a pivotal role in our company’s international expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the export operations process, (COC application, abnormal cost control, export data monitoring, customs clearance, status tracking and control, export weekly reports…
• Coordinate logistics, including shipment scheduling, documentation, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements.
• Maintain relationships with international clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor export transactions and ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations.
• Prepare and analyze export documentation such as invoices, bills of lading, and shipping orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize export procedures and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Stay updated with market trends and regulations affecting international trade.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in export operations.
• Strong understanding of export compliance and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with export management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Management experience with above 2 Subordinates
