JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Network Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Call manager and Unity servers’ setup, tailoring and administration.
• Install and commencement of network build work.
• Validate the configurations as per design.
• Provide LAN services for client Network
• Provide wireless Systems support for offices/branch
• Implement, support, and manage WAN security requirements in accordance with client policies
• Configuring the VOIP phones

Requirements:
• Strong technical troubleshooting ability
• UCCX Hands-on experience and scripting knowledge
• Experience in Administration of CISCO UCS infrastructure with gateways and expressways
• Need to visit the branches and support (Hand and Feet Support)
• Must have atleast 6 years of general network experience including various protocals
• Must have atleast 4 years of CISCO routing, Switching experience
• Experience in handling NW cabling, setting up conference room troubleshooting issues, root causing the issue and resolving them
• Must have atleast 4years of general network experience including various network protocols.
