JOB DETAILS:
we are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Office Clerk for our Finance Department to assist with various financial, accounting, and bookkeeping tasks.

Position Summary:
The Office Clerk (Finance) will provide administrative support to the finance team. This role involves handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be organized, proficient in financial software, and able to perform basic accounting and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with managing accounts payable and receivable. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing of documents. Process invoices and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist with preparing financial reports and documentation for audits. Reconcile bank statements and assist with general ledger entries. Support the finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks. Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper financial processes are followed. Handle routine office clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and comply with company policies.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience in an office or finance-related role is preferred. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook); experience with accounting software is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
