Sales Associate
Twenshe is a multifaceted App providing customers with easy taxi booking access, sending & receiving of parcels, purchase of Food, Grocery and medicine from various stores & outlets in Zambia.
We are looking for a dynamic sales associate to fill in the following responsibilities.
Able to handle customer queries.
Knowledge about c0mputer literacy (MS Word & Excel)
Must be willing to work in any location and field but relative to sales & marketing.

Qualifications
• Advanced certificate or basic Dip in Sales & Marketing Management.
• At least 1 year experience.
• Must be doubtlessly efficient.
• Must be goal oriented.


Rider (Motor Bike)

Required Candidate Must Be Able To
• Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading.
• Communicating with dispatchers, drivers and other team members to make deliveries.
• Meeting delivery deadlines.
• Performing basic bike maintenance.
• Loading and unloading cargo.
• Tracking shipments and deliveries.
• Obtaining client or customer signatures when needed.
• Must have a smart phone.
• A valid driver’s license, and in some cases a commercial driver’s license
• Knowledge of how to handle materials safely, such as food or chemicals
• Familiarity with using navigation systems
• Time management to ensure deliveries are made on schedule
• Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination to stay safe while driving

Field Sales Associates
We are currently looking for a passionate FIELD SALES ASSOCIATES to join our team of committed and hardworking workforce; to provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and prompt service.
• Generate Sales leads.
• Educate potential customers about our products.
• Encourage existing customers to increase services.
• Ensure positive visual representation of products.

Key Requirements
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications/qualities:
• Grade 12 school certificate
• Proven Field Sales working experience (at least 1 year)
• Administration and customer service skills
• Basic IT skills to work with computerized booking and payment systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional telephone skills
• Friendly and pleasant personality
• Ability to speak many languages will be an added advantage
