JOB DETAILS:

Sentinel Kalumbila is in the North-Western Province of Zambia. This purpose-built school of over 150 pupils, is operated by Educore Services. It was established in 2014 to attend to the educational needs of children whose parents work at the mine. Sentinel Kalumnbila offers schooling from Early Years to Year 7. Educore Services is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic Physical Education Assistant Teacher. The appointee will report to the Head of School and directly contribute to all areas of Physical Education teaching across three Kalumbia Schools within the Educore Services group (Sentinel Kalumbila, Trident Prep Kalumbila and Frontier Nkisu) as well as add to the extra-curricular curriculum in these schools. .

Job Responsibilities: • To provide the students with an excellent educational experience in the Kalumnbila schools in accordance with the schools' Physical Education curriculum. To work in conjunction with the class teachers and the Sports Coach

  Job Skills:
• Able to differentiate lessons according to ability groups Able to effectively manage and coach students from Carly Years classes up to Year 7 Competent ICT skills
• Good organisational skills Clear communication skills Sound knowledge of sporting disciplines and ability to model required skills to students
• Enjoy living in a small rural community

Job Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma in Physical Education Minimum 5 O levels including Mathematics and English TCZ registration TCZ practicing Licence
• Minimum 2 years work experience in teaching PE
• Must have the skills of teaching: Athletics, Football, Netball, Rugby, Cricket and Swimming..
