JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: PS Core network commissioning and maintenance engineer

Responsibilities
• Responsible for SGSN/GGSN/SGW/PGW commissioning, cutover, capacity expansion, upgrade, etc.;
• Responsible for the post-maintenance and troubleshooting of SGSN/GGSN/SGW/PGW, and provide technical communication and technical support to customers;
• Responsible for handling complaints in a timely manner, solving various problems, and improving customer satisfaction;
• Responsible for guiding users’ on-site use and routine maintenance, and guiding users to use the equipment correctly;
• Maintain good communication with customers, collect and sort out the feedback required by customers to the person in charge of the project;

3. Candidate Profile (professional skills, education, experience, qualification requirement):
• A native degree or above, major in electronics, communications, computer, and related work for more than one year;
• Familiar with ZTE SGSN/GGSN/SGW/PGW equipment, understand equipment parameters and other configurations, and be able to check equipment KPIs, version loading, learning, etc. are preferred;
• Experience in ZTE SGSN/GGSN/SGW/PGW core network optimization is preferred;
• Have good teamwork and communication and expression skills;
• Passing CCNA, CCNP and other certifications are preferred
• Work location Zambia
