JOB DETAILS:
The Zambia Credit Guarantee Scheme (ZCGS) is wholly owned by the Government of the Republic of Zambia. The mandate of ZCGS is to provide credit guarantees to viable Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (MSMEs), in order to facilitate their access to affordable financing. To realize its mission and mandate, ZCGS wishes to invite highly self – motivated, result – oriented, suitably qualified and experienced Zambian nationals to fill the following vacant position:
Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer – 1 Position Salary Scale – ZCGS/05

Job Purpose
The position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for all secretarial and administrative duties to facilitate effective and efficient operations of the office of the Chief Executive officer

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Key Result Area
Principle Accountabilities (Main Duties)
• Official Diary Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Minutes Undertakes accurately the recording of proceedings during meetings in order to facilitate preparation of minutes and reports
• Correspondence Undertakes daily receiving of correspondence and documents from both internal and external sources, devise and maintain office filing system
• Time Management Good organizational and time management skills
• Planning to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Minimum Primary/Secondary Education:
• Full Form V/Grade 12 certificate
Minimum Vocational/Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum Relevant Pre-Job Experience:
• Four (4) years’ proven experience as a Personal Assistant
Communication Skills:
• English Proficiency and;

Other Skills/ Attributes:
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedure;
• Confidentiality;
• Innovative;
• Interpersonal skills;
• Computer literate-Ms Office.

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education:
Bachelor Degree
