JOB DETAILS:
A growing printing company that deals in both large format and paper printing is seeking an additional designer to support their customer’s needs. .

Job Responsibilities: Not Specified

Skills
• Ability to edit existing designs to prepare them for printing
• Ability to develop designs following a brief
• Ability to understand, comprehend and follow third party brand guidelines or creative instructions
Software familiarity
• Essential: at least one year’s experience with Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Desirable: familiarity with CorelDraw

Experience
• Desirable: a minimum of one year’s experience in a printing company
• Desirable: experience in setting large format and paper artworks ready for print
• Essential: a minimum of one year’s work experience in design graphics for print
• Essential: a demonstrable portfolio of your work
Qualifications
• Essential: merit or higher in Grade 12 English
• Desirable: a qualification in graphic design or art or a related discipline, however, those who have built experience in practical terms over 1-3 years who can demonstrate the quality of their work will also be considered
