Job Title: Printer Technician
Reports to: Workshop Manager
General Description: Installing the Printers and Configuring them on the network. Maintaining and ensuring the proper function of printers, scanners or Network Printers. The Printer Technician must take care of regular and routine repairs, including replacements such as new ink. .
The Desired Candidate must have knowledge of:
• Basic Networking
• Computer and Diagnostic Skills
• Possess Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Experience in the maintenance and repair of printers
Job Skills: Not Specified
Qualifications:
• Grade 12 Certificate is a Must
• Minimum of a diploma in Printer and Technical Repairs
• Must have at least two years’ relevant experience
