Ntice Sourcing Solutions
A Mining house based in Zambia is looking for an experienced Process Plant Manager.
Duties:
• Enforcing high safety and health standards in the Metallurgical Plants so that no accidents occur to any manpower and no damage to any equipment for continual smooth operations and Managing Environmental obligations
• Developing and managing metallurgical operations and work practices that maximize operational efficiencies.
Qualifications:
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry Degree –
• Ten (10) Years’ Experience and at least Five (05) Years in Production and the rest in the Technical Department, plus 3 years of exposure at the management level
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 120
Level of Education: Professional Certificate
