Position Overview:
• As a Product Manager at Angel Oak Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the
direction of our product offerings. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about
technology and has a strong background in ICT products and maintenance. The ideal
candidate will hold relevant certifications such as EIZ, CISCO, or Huawei and possess at least
3 years of experience in ICT maintenance. You will be responsible for managing our product
lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that
aligns with market trends and customer needs.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer requirements,
competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in the ICT maintenance sector.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and
other teams to drive product development, ensure product quality, and deliver successful
product launches.
• Launch and Optimization: Lead product launches and continuously gather user feedback
and data to optimize and enhance product performance.

Qualifications:
• EIZ certification is required.
• Additional certifications in CISCO and/or Huawei are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ICT maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and maintaining products.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a
team environment.
• Knowledge of agile product development methodologies.A passion for technology and a deep understanding of ICT products and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
