Kawambwahills Enterprises- Projects is a construction company based in Lusaka Zambia. We specialize in Home & commercial interior design, finishes, installations as well as construction project managers.
The Job
The job of Project manager involves creating, supervising and managing teams of trades personnel on various projects, marketing and bidding for jobs. Additionally, Customer liaison is an essential.
The Candidate must posses the following:
1. A qualification in Project management(minimum Diploma)
2. A qualification in a construction discipline (minimum certificate)
3. Experience in construction, with a bias in interior finishes (min 2yrs)
4. Works under minimum supervision
5. Efficient quick thinker
6. An eye for perfection
7. Computer literate
8. Driving License (3yrs +)
9. Excellent interpersonal skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
