Job Description:
• As Quality Assurance Specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of all operational processes, products, and services within the organization. This role is vital for maintaining high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process Monitoring and Compliance:
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality assessments, inspection results, and compliance findings.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, compliance procedures, and best practices.
• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and complaints related to logistics services.
• Vendor and Supplier Management: Evaluate and audit logistics service providers, suppliers, and partners for compliance and quality performance.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in logistics processes and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure that the organization remains in compliance with relevant laws and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and compliance within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, processes, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
