JOB DETAILS:
Bridging Gap Solutions is seeking Quality Control (QC) Testers to support our Software development projects. The ideal candidate will be experienced with all aspects of software testing, including preparation of QA strategies, regression testing, data driven testing and creating test plans and test cases based on customer requirements. The QC Tester will employ testing best practices/processes/ tools to support implementation of enterprise systems. The QA Testers will report directly to the Task Lead and Project Manager and work with a team of Software developers and DevOps specialists in support of the task.

Duties and Responsibilities
1)Test Planning and Execution:
• Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements.
• Execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts to validate software functionality.
• Identify and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
2)Functional and Regression Testing:
• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Verify software behavior across different platforms and environments.
3)Test Automation:
• Create and maintain automated test scripts.
• Implement test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency.
4)Quality Assurance:
• Collaborate with development teams to improve software quality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide valuable feedback.
• Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with stakeholders.
5)Documentation:
• Document test results, defects, and test procedures.
• Maintain clear and concise records of testing activities.
• Manage metrics and reports of project quality for ongoing review with Task Lead, Project Manager and stakeholders

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 3+ years of software testing experience, preferably with web-based applications and data driven testing
• Commitment to delivering high-quality software on time
• Experience in testing for responsive design across multiple devices & browsers
• Keen attention to detail, with ability to break down customer requirements into logical test scenarios covering functional & non-functional aspects
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies
• Basic Understanding of Cloud Computing concepts
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
