JOB DETAILS:
National Road Fund Agency (NRFA) invites application from suitably qualified Zambian citizens to fill the position of Director Corporate Services.

Role and responsibilities
Reporting to the Director/Chief Executive Officer, the Director Corporate Services is responsible for Corporate Governance and Board matters, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal matters. Procurement, Public Relations & General Administration.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelors of Law (LLB) &/or Public Administration
• Possession of Postgraduate Degree in Business or related Social Sciences
• Advocate of the High Court & Member of the Law Association of Zambia
• Not less than 10 years post qualifying experience of which 6 years should have been in a senior management position
• Other Requirements
• Clean driving license
• Good interpersonal skills - able to interact with other members of the Agency, stakeholders, etc
• Able to work under pressure and extended hours
• Work with minimum supervision
• Computer literate

Remuneration
Competitive and negotiable remuneration will be offered to the successful candidate

Contract Duration
Five-year renewable contract subject to performance


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 120

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
