JOB DETAILS:
The tasks of the receptionist/ administration clerk will be to provide administrative and logistics support services to the company. S/he will be responsible for general administrative duties. Being the first face visitors are greeted with, the individual will need to be friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable.They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. They will ensure smooth running of our company’s offices and contribute in driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
• To coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
• Manage agendas and appointments for the upper management.
• Manage phone calls and other correspondences.
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other information.
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations proposals as assigned.
Requirements
• Must be between the ages 25-35. Preferably a lady.
• Ability to manage time and perform to strict deadlines;
• Ability to manage office equipment like computers.
• Good filing and secretarial skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deal appropriately with sensitive issues and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
• Mature adult with over 3 years experience will be considered.
• Education and Qualifications
• Must have a grade 12 or GCSE certificate.
• Must have a certificate or Diploma in office management/administration or relevant field.

Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
