JOB DETAILS:
Receptionist
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional client service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting/board room bookings.
• Manage and assist with administrative tasks as required to ensure a seamless flow of operations.
Requirements
• Atleast two years’ experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle clients with calmness and courtesy.
