JOB DETAILS:
• TMLP is seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to join our esteemed team. As Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of the firm, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities
• Maintenance of the front office, ensuring it is always tidy and organized
• Warmly greeting visitors and offer required assistance
• Scheduling appointments and handling phone calls
• Perform routine clerical and administrative duties, such as sorting mail,
filing, entering data, and signing for packages
• Logistics and procurement of office supplies

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, telephone and computer systems.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• A professional and courteous demeanor, with the ability to handle multiple tasks with ease.
