JOB DETAILS:
Regional Brand Manager – Corner Bakery Zambia
Role & Responsibilities
The job requires the use of process and standards to review each site and align the site to these standards to ensure:
• Business Growth is achieved in accordance to budget.
• Food Safety standards are met.
• Brand Standards are met.

Key performance measurements:
• Exceed budget (for every site every month).
• Implementation of the measurement apps.
• >100% compliance to SOM standards.
• >100% compliance to purchasing from approved suppliers.
• Brand Pack presented to affiliates before 21st of each month.
• Dealer Pack presented to franchisees before end of each month.
• Number of new franchisees secured

Qualifications And Skills Requirements
• Tertiary Qualification
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in the retail sector
• Zambian Resident/Zambian
• Understanding and previous experience of GAAP will be an advantage
