Registration of Suppliers
(For the Period 1st July 2021 - 30 June 2022)

The SADC Plant Genetic Resources Centre (SPGRC) situated along Great East Road: 10km from Lusaka International Airport turn-off hereby invites relevant companies with skills to service and repair its equipment and provision of associated services which fall into the following categories:

1. De-humidifiers
2. Seed drying cabinets and laboratory seed grinders
3. Seed germination chambers
4. Cold rooms, refrigerators and air-conditioning systems
5. Laboratory water purifiers
6. Laboratory scales; seed counters and seed moisture testing meters
7. Autoclaves and Laminar air flow cabinets
8. Printers, scanners and photocopiers
9. CCTV
10. Automatic fire suppression system
11. Lawn mowers and grass cutters
12. Repair and servicing of tractors and other farm equipment (eg, ploughs, boom sprayers,
tractor mounted lawn mowers, etc).
13. General Electrical repairs and installation services
14. Plumbing services
15. General Welding Services
16. Grass mowing services
17. Building maintenance services (i.e. basic construction, roofing and building)

Mandatory Requirements

• Full Registered name of the Organization
• Copy of Valid VAT certificate
• Copy of Valid Certificate of incorporation
• Copy of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Postal Physical and email addresses
• Telephone and Fax Number
• Three letters of reference from reputable clients
• Full Banking Details and Financial Capability
• A reference letter from a professional services firm (Bankers, Auditors or Lawyers) should be attached
• Names of Directors and their physical Addresses (Attach copy of PACRA Form)
• Proof of Registration with NCC for construction or any other regulatory bodies
• Proof of Franchise - (Where applicable) CONDITIONS SADC PGRC undertake a preliminary evaluation and only successful firms will be notified, Applicants must clearly state areas of specialization on the envelopes. (SADC PGR Centre restricts the limit to a maximum of four categories per company)

Service providers or suppliers who were previously or are currently providing services or supplies to the Institution must re-register as they will not be automatically included in the database.

NOTE: All existing suppliers and service providers are required to re-apply
