In line with its mission, the Bank is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, result-oriented, well qualified and experienced professional to fill the following vacancy:

1.0 RELATIONSHIP MANAGER-LARGE AND MEDIUM CORPORATES (KITWE)
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the jobholder will have the responsibility of developing and man- aging the assigned portfolio of Large and Medium Corporates in Kitwe and the Copperbelt at large by prospecting and signing up new clients, offering suitable banking services and implementing retention strategies. The jobholder will also be responsible for growing the assigned portfolio deposits and loans through effective sales and marketing of the Bank’s products and services.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE Equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration or ACCA/CIMA or degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of Six (6) years of relevant experience with at least three (3) years at Manager level
• Marketing Certification (an added advantage)

Skills Required to Undertake the Role:
• Managerial, Planning and Organisation skills.
• Excellent Communication skills both oral and written English
• Presentation
• Teamwork
• Analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of the banking industry including the applicable regulations and guidelines, and the Banking and Financial Services Act
• Thorough understanding of the corporate customer segmentation and alignment of relevant products accordingly.
