A global, multicultural entertainment company dedicated to providing top-notch services to a leading sports betting brand with a significant presence in the Premier League and other top-tier leagues worldwide is looking for a Relationship Manager (Team Leader) to join their team in Lusaka, Zambia. The Relationship Manager (Team Manager) will focus on establishing long-term relationships with high-end players to maximize value and retention within this segment. The role involves maintaining, developing, and enhancing high-value retention, activity rates, and revenue through personalized communication and targeted interventions. Key responsibilities include client support, outbound calls, organizing events and roadshows, gifting, updating player information, direct interactions, executing offers, managing customer value, and acquiring new high-value customers.
The ideal candidate will analyze their country’s VIP customer lifecycle, user experiences, and key touchpoints. They will adapt existing communications and develop innovative personal strategies to enhance player value and retention rates. The position requires local travel and strong client relationship skills, along with technical knowledge and familiarity with CRM best practices. Creativity in solving challenges and proposing new processes is essential.
Your key job responsibilities as the Relationship Manager (Team Leader) in Lusaka, Zambia will include:
• Gifting: Manage and deliver appropriate gifts for various occasions, ensuring they enhance player value based on Lifetime Value analysis. Maintain a centralized log of all gifts.
• Events and Roadshows: Select and confirm attendance of key players for events, manage logistics and communication, and track the impact on player value and activity.
• Customer Value Management: Report on the financial performance of High Value segments, monitor profitability metrics, target campaigns to retain cash, and develop strategies to retain and grow high-value players.
• Client Support and Outbounding: Review and address client alerts, maintain regular contact with hosted players, manage MIMO issues, and apply tactical plans for withdrawals and deposits.
• Campaign Execution: Create and implement localized campaigns to retain and reacquire high-value customers, share post-campaign insights, and manage interventions for winners and those with significant losses.
• Information Management: Ensure accurate and updated player information and soft facts in CRM tools.
• High Value Player Acquisition: Acquire new high-value customers through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Requirements
Requirements for this Relationship Manager (Team Leader) job in Lusaka, Zambia:
• Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in client relationship management.
• Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Proficient in data analysis and driven by metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Deadline and target-oriented with strong time management.
• Web and e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change.
