ActionAid Zambia is seeking qualified vendors to supply and deliver assorted medical equipment and furniture to our Mbala office for Vyamba Rural Health Centre, and a Maternity Annex at Isoko Rural Health Centre located in Mpulungu District, Northern Province.

4. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
5. Valid ZPPA certificate
6. Evidence of similar work done before if any
7. Completed Inquiry.

1.A single copy containing documents as listed above must be sent to info.zambia@actionaid.org and clearly indicating the specific name (SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSSORTED MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS AND FURNITURE).
2.Bids must be sent on or before 14th September 2024.
3.Any bids received after the above stipulated closing date and time shall NOT BE ACCEPTED.
