Stewards Globe Limited an equal opportunity employer invites applications from suitably qualified experienced individuals for the following position:

Duties and Responsibilities
• Work with and assist all personnel on station with various tasks
• Help establish and manage all nurseries, a variety of trials, and research projects
• Manage greenhouse nurseries and the general crop production
• Assist with farm operations tasks such as running equipment, maintenance of equipment, and other farm operations associated tasks.
• Assist with maintaining the pesticide and fertilizer inventory
• Assist with pesticide and fertilizer applications programs
• Support the reporting of project activities
• Data collection and cleaning.

Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent with two years experience working on Agricultural operations
• Experience with agricultural research
• Effectively operate work-related equipment in a safety complaint manner.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor, co-workers, and the public
• Must possess currently or be eligible to obtain a valid Driver’s license
• Position requires seasonal weekend and/or evening hours in conjunction with farming activities.
• Position requires working in extreme temperatures and inclement weather conditions.
• Must have the ability to move up to 25kgs on a routine basis
• Must be able to tolerate airborne irritants such as dust, pollen, and chemicals
• Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
