JOB DETAILS:
Develop and execute a rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals. Design competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent through market analysis and benchmarking. Provide expert advice on salary structures, bonus schemes, and long-term incentives. Manage rewards initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness to drive performance and business results.
• Develop and implement comprehensive rewards strategies, policies and procedures that align with FNB’s goals and objectives
. • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. •
Conduct market analysis, trends analysis and benchmarking to ensure our rewards offerings are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
• Utilize market survey methodologies to gather and analyze compensation data.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute incentive plans that drive performance and business results.
• Provide expert advice on rewards-related matters, including salary structures, bonus schemes, and long-term incentives. • Act as a specialized consultant on remuneration, offering insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rewards programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage projects related to rewards initiatives, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
• Stay abreast of national and international market trends, relevant legislative amendments and best practices to ensure our rewards strategy remains innovative and effective.
• Lead complex remuneration, reward, and benefits projects, guiding teams on the implementation and execution of the necessary activities to ensure success.
• Assume ultimate responsibility for the ongoing design, development, preparation and/or support of bespoke and customized remuneration platforms and systems.

Qualifications &Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years’ experience in a rewards management role, with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful rewards strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • High level of integrity and confidentiality
