Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
2. Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products/services.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products/services and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to clients.
5. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
6. Market Research: Research and analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to develop strategies for sales growth.
7. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to close deals and maximize profitability.
8. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports for management.
9. Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
10.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
Qualifications
– Proven experience as a Sales Agent or in a similar sales role.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Knowledge of sales techniques and industry trends.
– Self-motivated and target-driven.
– Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
