JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Your Roles Will Include;
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Travelling to meet prospects and customers.
• Conducting calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers.
• Maintaining records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
• Educating customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
• Selling the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory.
• Monitoring the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs.
• Working closely with Sales department to help build the OTK brand.

Requirements
• Previous experience in construction industry is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.
