JOB DETAILS:
• We are looking for an experienced and competitive Field Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. As our Field Sales Executive, you will develop sales strategies and be responsible for attracting new clients and customers.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Use of various sales methods (Outlet-to-Outlet, Cold calling, presentations etc)
2. Develop new sales strategies and methods
3. Evaluate sales strategies’ effectiveness
4. Evaluate customer needs
5. Build long lasting client relationship
6. Meet personal and team sales targets
7. Attend meetings, sales events and training
8. Report and provide feedback to Management using financial statistical data
9. Manage your clients database within your assigned territory

Requirements & Qualifications
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
2. Proven record of personal quota
3. Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management
4. Critical thinker and problem solving skills
5. Team player
6. Good time management skills
7. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
8. Self motivated and driven
9. Computer use competency
10. Driver’s Licence
11. Minimum of a Diploma in any business course, food & beverage handling experience
12. Background of having worked in a Cafe, Lodge, Hotel or Restaurant will be an added advantage.
13. Age 25 – 40 years
