Job Summary
The Sales Manager will lead Airtel Zambia's sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and manage sales teams. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with telecom sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies for B2B and B2C markets.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales executives.
• Monitor sales performance and meet monthly targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales management.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the telecom industry is a plus.
