Qualifications:
1. Full Grade 12 certificate
2. Diploma/ degree in hospitality management/business administration/marketing

Experience
1. Minimum of 6 years in the hospitality industry and at least 3 years in management role in a hotel or lodge.
2. Required competencies/Personal qualities
3. Strong leadership skills
4. Strong Marketing and administration skills;
5. Must be computer literate with knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office.
1. Ability to prepare Presentations
2. In depth understanding of government hospitality policies and programmes;
3. Excellent Communication and analytical skills;
4. Basic knowledge on accounting and finance
5. Must be computer literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
