JOB DETAILS:
Will be Responsible for:
• Sales Operation Officer will be responsible for managing various sales processes, collecting, and analysing data, and implementing strategies to improve overall sales and revenue performance.
• A Sales Operation Officer plays a critical role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets and ensuring smooth operations within the commercial department.

Minimum Qualification,
• Experience and Competence: Full Grade 12 Certificate, Bachelor`s Degree in Business/Marketing or any related field, Proven 3 years’ experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role, Member of Zambia Institute of Marketing, Valid driver’s license.
• He/she should have Broad understanding of INFRATEL products and services, Basic understanding of account management and sales processes/Techniques. Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
