JOB DETAILS:
Sales Operations Analyst
Responsibilities
• Collect, analyze, and manage customer, markets, and products (seed and crop protection) data.
• Support Area Sales Managers with data analysis to support the account planning process.
• Gather and generate reports on market intelligence and business opportunities identified in the field by the Area Sales Manager.
• Support Territory Manager with detailed up-to-date business performance visibility for quick business direction change or course correction.
• Support sales team in generating accurate forecast for seed and crop protection
• Sales tracking against sales plan and reporting to the sales team.
• Generate SAP and Excel reports as demanded by the business.
• Support reconciliation process of stock returns and field transfers
• Keep track of seed and crop protection orders.
• Keep an updated list of expiry dates of critical crop protection products and advise sales team.
• Rehearse with the customer service and warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of orders to the customers.
• Support ecommerce Ministry of Agriculture, smart Zambia, and other stakeholders on the integration of ZIAMIS platform to ensure successful partnerships are executed.
• Generate weekly commercial updates minutes for the territory Manager.
• Manage and keep updated customer database for easy follow up and communication through digital platforms.
• Collaborate with team members and conduct training on new digital field platform applications that will allow easy data collection.

Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration with at least 2 years work experience in sales and marketing
• Strong knowledge of word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP database presentation.
• Advanced problem solving and analysis skills.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• High level of organization and detail orientation.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
