As we expand our operations, we are looking for a motivated Salesperson to join our team and help us grow our business.

Job Description:
• As a Sales Representative at Kwik-Fix Engineering, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our range of premium tyres/Batteries to individuals, businesses, and automotive enthusiasts. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing expert product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, including automotive repair shops, dealerships, and individual consumers.
Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on tyre/battery selection, maintenance, and related services.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tyre/battery technologies, and competitor products.
Prepare and present tyre/battery quotes and proposals to customers.
Process customer orders, manage inventory, and coordinate tyre/battery deliveries and installations.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive buying experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:
• In possession of a Grade 12 School Certificate, Diploma or higher in Sales or Business Administration
Previous experience in tyre/battery sales or automotive sales is preferred.
Strong passion for and knowledge of automotive tyres and related products.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
