JOB DETAILS:
Role Description
• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Radio Christian Voice in Lusaka. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and generating revenue through sales of advertisement space. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying potential clients, and conducting sales training for new personnel.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in sales and/or sales management
• Ability to create and deliver effective sales training
• Familiarity with Radio and TV broadcasting, advertising sales and related media services is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Drivers license with 2 years driving experience.
