SECONDARY SCHOOL HEADTEACHER
• Degree Holder BA Ed /BSc or equivalent.
• 10 years teaching experience
• 5 years administration experience as a HeadTeacher
• Ability to interpret and implement new legislation, policies and initiatives.
• Ability to demonstrate sound Leadership and organizational skills, work under pressure and determine priorities to meet deadlines.
• Must have high personal standards of integrity and probity.
• Must exibit high levels of Enthusiasm, vision, drive, adaptability and resilience and must believe in Teamwork!
