JOB DETAILS:
Commencement date: 1 st January 2024
• Trident College seeks a suitably qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic educator to teach English Language and Literature, primarily to senior classes. The appointee will report to the Director of Academics and contribute extensively to all areas of College life, including the comprehensive co-curricular programme and boarding.

Primary Purpose of the Job
• To provide forward-thinking, progressive education focused on teaching A Level English, using 21st-century pedagogy and ICT. The preferred candidate will have Drama as an additional teaching subject. The chosen candidate will work closely with colleagues in the department and wider school to develop an outstanding curriculum and share good practices, ensuring outstanding learning outcomes for pupils in their own classes and beyond.

Qualifications and Other Requirements
• The minimum requirement is a Bachelor of Education Degree or Bachelor's Degree with a Post Graduate Teaching Diploma and a minimum of five years teaching English at Cambridge A-Level or equivalent international curriculum. The candidate must hold current registration as a teacher.
