JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking diligent, detail-oriented candidates with good interpersonal and quantitative skills to fill the above specialist position.
• Engineering Degree
• Previous experience as a Senior or Junior Claims Adjuster or similar role
• Competency with spreadsheet software.
• Strong analytical skills & experience in writing detailed reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Duties
• Claims Loss Adjusting: Carrying out claims assessment for Engineering and related claims, Commercial claims, Business Interruption claims, Public Liability claims & Personal Lines claims.
• Risk Management Surveys: Carrying out enterprise risk management surveys for the purposes of identification, profiling, rating and advising Insurance underwriters and Insureds.
• Recoveries: Executing recoveries on behalf of Insurers.
• Valuations: Strategizing the carrying out of physical insurance valuations for buildings, plant and machinery according to standard and quality required by the company.
• Superintending & Sampling & Marine Inspections: Budgeting for various assignments and organizing manpower for inspection and sampling. Pre and post
