Job Qualifications:
• A minimum qualification of a Masters in Animal Science from a reputable institution
• At least 3 years industry related experience
• Experience in conducting small holder adaptive research
• Practical experience in performing artificial insemination on small and big livestock
• Competence in breeding techniques
• Ability to build strong working relations with public and private sector partners
• Skilled in Project Planning
• Must be able to contribute to knowledge transfer through writing of scientific papers
• Should have strong business acumen.
