ZayoHub Zambia is a non-profit organisation established in 2018. ZayoHub develops technology-enabled enterprise and development hubs in rural communities, addressing shortcomings in the enabling environment and bringing about sustainable, longterm change in last-mile communities.
ZayoHub established the Mafisa livestock development programme (www.mafisa.org) in 2019 in Mwandi and Kazungula districts. Mafisa has secured financing to strengthen and expand activities significantly in 2023-2025, and we are strengthening our management team to drive this expansion.

Senior Manager (Management Information & Business Development)
Lusaka + field visits in southern and western provinces
The Senior Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that Mafisa systems are robust and fit for expansion. He/she will design and introduce reporting systems across all aspects of our work; ensure that targets, KPIs and reporting requirements are clearly defined for all activities; ensure that priority impact targets and indicators are defined and tracked; review operations and analyse workflows, decision points, stakeholder relationships and challenges. The Senior Manager will be responsible for the development and introduction of technology into all activities, to achieve streamline and cost- effective dissemination and collection of information in real-time.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven relevant work experience & relevant degree
• Experience in designing work processes, targets, KPIs
• Knowledge of the use of technology in service delivery and operations, including the development of innovative systems for use in rural areas
• Experience in developing and managing data and reporting systems
• Knowledge of donor reporting and use of standard frameworks e.g. logical frameworks, impact assessment, research design and surveys
• Good writing and presentation skills Capacity to train and supervise field staff Genuine interest in our mission
