JOB DETAILS:
We have an opening in Our Sales & Marketing department for the position of Senior Sales Executive in the following provinces: Lusaka, Copperbelt & Southern provinces. We are looking for self-driven, self motivated individuals who have the following qualifications and experience.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
• Must have worked in an organization that sells products to public service workers(civil servants) for at least 2 years.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Creating and implementing a sales plan
• Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
• Analyzing sales data
• Presentation skills
• Management and leadership skills
• Developing budgets
• Mentoring and coaching sales reps
• Excellent leadership skills
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Must have at least Grade 12.
• Must have a drivers license.
• 3 -5 years of sales experience in a microfinance or hire purchase company selling to civil servants
• Proven track record of positive sales performance
• A degree in business administration/marketing or a related field will be an added advantage
