JOB DETAILS:

JOB PURPOSE:
To develop and maintain management information systems (hardware & software) in order to facilitate service delivery and easy access to regulatory information.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Develops and deploys appropriately computer applications in order to facilitate easy processing and retrieval of information.
• Maintains effectively the website and web portal in order to disseminate information to the public.
• Establishes and maintains effectively the local area network in order to ensure sharing of hardware resources and information.
• Undertakes measures to secure information and put in place disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintains effectively an up-to-date database in order to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Undertakes effectively the installation and maintenance of ICT equipment and software.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Primary/Secondary Education:
• Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate
• Minimum Vocational/Professional Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum Relevant Pre-Job Experience:
• (3) three years
• Communication Skills
• Able to write comprehensive and analytical reports. Able to communicate effectively in English.

DUTY STATION
• The senior Systems Analyst will be stationed in Lusaka

DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT
• The position is on contract of (3) year contract with a possibility for renewal.
