JOB DETAILS:
ADAS Africa
Site Engineer /Clerk of Works
ADAS Africa Ltd wishes to employ a seasoned and experienced Site Engineer /Clerk of Works at 15 of their Construction Sites.

Duties and Responsibilities;
• Managing work streams, including clients, internal ADAS staff, consultants, contractors and service providers;
• Managing Works on site and report to the line Manager;
• Coordinating and monitoring materials, resources, equipment and labour requirements;
• Developing programs and defining target date requirements for Works.
• Supervising all Works on site and report to the line manager;

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
• A recognized Degree or National Diploma in Engineering, Construction/Built Environment;
• Must have relevant experience of at least 8 years;
• Must have a wide knowledge and understanding of Construction Procedures and best practices;
• Basic knowledge of Construction forms of Contract e.g., FIDIC, GCC,
• Understanding Project Life Cycle;
• Knowledge of Construction Materials; Civils and Earthworks; Survey equipment; Health and Safety Legislation on Site, Construction methods and Legal requirements on Site;
• Must have good communication and team network skills;
• Enjoy Site Supervision works and have desire to take ownership of the Project;
• Experience in managing the Construction of at least, 2,000m3 floor area and steel buildings,
• Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• AutoCAD / relevant Engineering CAD Software
• Relevant MS Project / Project management software
• EIZ and ERB Registered Engineering Professional
• Valid Driver's Licence among others.
