JOB DETAILS:
Spring 24 TV – trading as Spring Television Limited – is a unique and dynamic 24-hour news project that launched in March 2020.
Set to operate on multiple platforms, Spring TV strives to provide balanced news broadcasting, straight from the source of the story – be it local, regional or international.
In an effort to tell the story of Zambia globally, and to develop the media industry locally, we are launching several community-driven projects, including our latest initiative ‘Project Springboard’. Given the severe lack of work experience opportunities available to young Zambians, Project Springboard is a deliberate effort to make up for this, by providing world-class industry exposure through a three-month internship programme.
By working with us, interns are provided with hands-on experience, mentored by some of Zambia’s topmost media experts. .

Job application procedure
Applications are open to all Zambians aged 18 to 35, and candidates are chosen through a transparent unbiased selection process. This will be conducted according to the following calendar:
• Applications (starting from the 19th of October to the 23rd of October 2020)
• Interviews for shortlisted candidates (starting from the 26th of October to the 28th of October 2020)
• Internship (starting from the 2nd of November to the 31st of January 2021)
